Summer Book Read with the Micah 6 Commission & SpiritBound
August 20 & 27
The Micah 6 Commission in collaboration SpiritBound Faith, is pleased to sponsor The Serviceberry by Robin Wall Kimmerer as a New Hampshire -wide SUMMER READ.
This short, sweet book about the ways that the Serviceberry bush flourishes in a network of giving and receiving as part of a natural “gift economy” offers inspiring and needed lessons about abundance, care for creation, and relationship building and repair between the church, our history, and our broader communities.
The Book Forum reflection conversation will be via Zoom. This is a Zoom Registration event by design so you can receive some reflection questions beforehand, be sure to register as soon as possible!

Disabled Bod of Christ: Morning Prayer Services Live Wednesdays at 11a.m.
While all are welcome, this Live service emerged because of and for disabled and chronically ill followers of Jesus who are often not able to gather in person for worship. Click here for Wednesday’s service.
It is not a healing service, because our bodies are not problems to be fixed and disabled bodies are also part of the Body of Christ.
Instead it is a chance to gather as a community in shared digital space, celebrate the ways that the incarnate God is working in the bodies that we have, bring real struggles, lift up prayers and reflect on scripture.
It is shaped by Episcopal tradition, but includes all denominations. The service lasts about 15 minutes, and Closed Captioning is provided.
